Sunny apartments of 45 sq. meters (approx. 500 sq. ft.) on the first floor above entresol (American 2nd floor), in restored 19th century building (originally the hospital of St. Jacques de Compostele, the building was re-constructed in the 19th century; the stone carving over the rue Pierre Lescot entrance is a classified French national monument). No elevator but easy access; very romantic with marble Louis Phillipe fireplace, and many antique furnishings; sleeps 3; entry hall; fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
Dining room, living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, modern bath with 3/4 tub and shower (must go through bedroom to reach bathroom) open floor-to-ceiling 300 year old beams, Louis XV armoire, sleeps 3 (one double bed and one sofa bed) 2 windows on rue du Cygne & 3 windows to internal courtyard area provide cross ventilation, no air conditioning.

Apartment is located on pedestrian streets which eliminates nearly all vehicular noise,
Paris is a noisy city, however, and there is some pedestrian and business noise from below
RENTAL RATES AND TERMS
First 7 nights, a minimum, each night $150;
any of next 21 nights, $135 each night ; after these four weeks, $120 a night
No children under 12, No pets, and No more than 3 persons
( surcharge for 3rd person is $30 per night )
Rent includes all utility charges except telephone usage, confirmations are made only by prepayment of rent and rent is nonrefundable; the first person to pay the rent shall receive the confirmation; payment is accepted in personal checks or wire to owner's US or Paris account, credit cards are accepted through PayPal (add 3%).
